Five-day workweek with monthly rotating days off. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Reservation, Payment, and Operational Process Management:** Update and monitor reservations on online platforms, process charges, manage refunds, ensure strict financial record control, and handle complaints per company policies, ensuring proper treatment and adequate documentation. * **Message Management and Pre\-Stay Communication:** Manage all pre\-stay communication up to check\-in day, ensuring all information is clear and complete for guests and internal departments. * **Internal Communication:** Relay relevant information to operational teams (Property Care, Maintenance, Front Office, etc.), promoting alignment and efficiency to ensure all operational needs are resolved before and during guest stays, guaranteeing guest satisfaction. * **Continuous Improvement:** Suggest and support implementation of improvements to internal processes and procedures based on guest feedback and operational analysis. **What We Expect From You:** * Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; additional languages are valued.
