Job Summary: Bosch is seeking an Internal Logistics Manager to lead material flows, coordinate teams, and drive improvements in Cacia, Aveiro. Key Highlights: 1. Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across the value chain Bosch is looking for an Internal Logistics Manager to join its Cacia facility in Aveiro and lead the physical material flows ensuring production line supply. The professional will coordinate the internal logistics team, develop supply concepts, and drive improvements in logistics layouts, systems, and processes in close collaboration with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Engineering. The Bosch Aveiro facility is one of the largest plants within the Bosch Home Comfort division and hosts a dedicated Research and Development center focused on residential heating solutions, employing over 1\.400 colleagues. **Responsibilities:** Manage the internal logistics team responsible for physical material flows; Ensure component supply—both from internal production and warehouse—to all production lines according to defined processes and strategies; Guarantee operational efficiency and adherence to established lead times; Define and implement internal logistics concepts, including supermarkets, line-side supply, and milk-run distribution systems; Continuously optimize logistics layouts and material flows to enhance efficiency, transparency, and operational performance; Coordinate operational changes in alignment with Production, Process Engineering, and other value chain stakeholders; Support the development and implementation of scalable logistics solutions for the organization’s strategic projects; Ensure correct configuration of internal logistics systems, including kanbans, regulating circuits, and supply areas; Promote collaboration among Logistics, Production, Planning, Procurement, and Engineering; Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost control, and delivery performance; Develop team competencies through training, mentoring, and capability building; Strategically manage internal logistics equipment and ensure efficient utilization of available resources. **Requirements:** Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Management, Economics, or related field; Knowledge of Lean tools; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Fluency in Portuguese and English; Leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities; Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams; Dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility; Results- and goal-oriented mindset; Sense of responsibility and commitment. **Preferred Qualifications:** Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. **Offer:** Flexible working conditions; Interaction and collaboration with international teams; Health insurance; On-site medical clinic offering general practice, psychology, and physiotherapy services; Technical training, foreign language courses, and access to certifications; Career progression opportunities and continuous professional development; Discounts on Bosch products and partner services; Sports-, health-, and wellness-related activities; Flexible benefits platform; Free parking; Cafeteria access. **Diversity and Inclusion:** Bosch promotes diversity, equal opportunity, and an inclusive workplace.
