Regular feedback focused on personal and professional development **Role** * Support recruitment processes—from job ad creation and dissemination to collaboration across various selection stages during peak demand periods * Publish and promote our job openings across multiple attraction channels, monitor their effectiveness, and help identify optimization opportunities * Manage our internal and external recruitment platforms, ensuring their up-to-date status, resolving user requests, and supporting teams in platform usage * Participate in Employer Branding initiatives—including university outreach, attendance at job fairs and talent attraction events, and support for DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives * Help create and update materials and toolkits to support our leaders in recruitment processes * Contribute to the implementation of new platforms by supporting migration, testing, and team adoption of new tools * Support the HR team by ensuring information updates, data preparation, reporting, and cross-functional HR process support. **Profile** * Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or a related field * Comfortable using digital platforms and proficient in handling data (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel...) * Team-oriented and cooperative * Challenge-driven, dynamic, curious, and versatile * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for physical activity and/or sports * Good command of English (preferred) **We Offer** * 6-month internship contract, renewable for an equal period * Monthly internship stipend * Meal allowance * Work accident insurance * Continuous training plan through Decathlon University * Regular feedback focused on personal and professional development * Integration into a dynamic and informal team, characterized by strong collaboration and mutual support
