Safety Culture Location: PT Functional Family: Project Management M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure effective and efficient planning, coordination, and control of production processes within the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction through timely delivery, compliance with applicable legislation, quality and safety standards, and at the lowest possible cost—achieved via appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical, and material resources—and acting in accordance with the Group’s ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Plan and coordinate site activities, monitor execution progress, analyze costs and revenues as well as existing deviations, and implement necessary corrective actions to ensure execution quality and achievement of defined objectives aligned with specified technical requirements. * Coordinate with operational support areas, particularly regarding identification of physical resource needs (equipment and materials), human resources, and operational management of the construction site. * Develop the Strategic Execution Plan in collaboration with DOP/DP/DUN to achieve defined strategic objectives. * Maintain continuous coordination with the Client’s team concerning contract compliance, proposing and negotiating potential modifications to the project and/or work plan and defined execution processes. * Promote and integrate development approaches for projects that integrate people, systems, business structures, and professional practices into a unified process enabling optimization of project outcomes, increased client value, reduced waste, and maximized efficiency across all project stages—from manufacturing to construction. * Propose industrialization solutions to clients as a technical approach to the project, enabling reduction of construction schedules through well-defined and automated processes, thereby allowing greater quality control and traceability. * Respond to requests from external entities—including regulatory bodies, inspections, and external audits—providing all required follow-up and information gathering. * Regularly lead meetings with the site team and subcontractors to assess project status and define preventive or corrective actions. * Develop reports, implement and maintain essential routine cycles such as the Strategic Execution Plan, overall construction planning, implementation and updating of biweekly construction planning, procurement maps, self-provisional documents, and client/subcontractor certificates. * Based on company policies and legal/contractual requirements, define, implement, and monitor construction plans and inspect processes related to Quality, Environment, and Safety. **Requirements** -------------- * Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years * Years of Management Experience: 1 to 3 years **Education** ------------ * Education Level: Level 7 — Higher Education (Master’s Degree) * Preferred Field of Study: Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering * Language: English (Advanced) / French (Intermediate) **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Order of Engineers **At Casais Group, we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Support Programs; * Cooperation with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development; * Future-Oriented Vision: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Partnership Agreements; * Safety Culture.
