At askblue, we value people, collaboration, and project quality—fostering a close-knit, transparent environment focused on continuous growth for both our clients and consultants.** #### **We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer or Tech Lead to join an application modernization project: migrating an existing application to a .NET architecture. The project will be accelerated using Artificial Intelligence tools applied throughout the development lifecycle (analysis, code generation, testing, and documentation), supported by a specialized team experienced in migration and AI.** #### **This is an opportunity to work in a modern engineering context where AI is an integral part of the development process, with close mentoring and a structured methodology.** #### **Responsibilities:** * #### **Analyze the existing application (data model, business logic, integrations, and interfaces) as the foundation for migration** * #### **Develop the new solution in .NET (C\#), ensuring functional equivalence and technical quality** * #### **Use AI tools daily in development—including code generation and review, test creation, and technical documentation—following practices defined by the team** * #### **Implement and execute tests (unit and integration) to validate functional parity between the original and migrated applications** * #### **Collaborate with the dedicated support team to define architectural standards, migration strategy, and resolve technical blockers** * #### **Report progress clearly and regularly** #### **Requirements:** * #### **Solid experience in .NET / C\# development (minimum 3 years)** * #### **Knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and REST API development** * #### **Experience with SQL Server and data modeling** * #### **Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices** * #### **Frontend development experience (React)** * #### **Knowledge of Azure DevOps** * #### **Ability to read and interpret existing applications (functional reverse engineering)** * #### **Openness and curiosity to use AI tools in development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar)** #### **Nice-to-have:** * #### **Prior experience in application migration or modernization projects (from low-code platforms or other tech stacks)** * #### **Knowledge of OutSystems** * #### **Knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure)** * #### **Experience in the financial or insurance sector** #### **Soft skills:** * #### **Autonomy and sense of responsibility, with ease in seeking support when needed;** * #### **Rigor and attention to detail—essential in migration contexts;** * #### **Strong communication and teamwork skills.** #### **What we offer:** * Stability and integration into a continuously growing company; * Integration into a dynamic and motivated team; * Access to our Learning \& Development Pack (Udemy, official Microsoft, MuleSoft, SAS, and OutSystems certifications). * 22 vacation days \+ 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance. ***askblue \- Where Business Meets Technology***
