In practice, your day\-to\-day work As part of the Information Systems Directorate, the IT Developer’s primary mission is to plan, implement, and test IT development projects within the context of the defined strategic plan and of corrective or evolutionary maintenance needs identified technically or by the business—ensuring achievement of quality, continuity, and risk objectives, in line with the technical solutions recommended by the Group and the architecture, and respecting security guidelines issued by the company. **Key responsibilities include:** Conducting technical analysis, planning, implementing, and technically testing IT solutions within the context of strategic plan projects or corrective/evolutionary maintenance requests. Organizing and allocating your activities to ensure achievement of established objectives, adherence to defined plans, and technical quality of work. Following the execution plan for IT development projects to quickly detect and correct any deviations or anomalies, while ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures. You are responsible for issuing timely formal alerts to your management. Participating in team meetings to monitor project progress, as well as in implementation and follow-up of action plans to overcome difficulties; if identified, you must collaborate in identifying priorities or dependencies among requests/projects. Occasionally participating in meetings with Business Areas and working sessions with the team responsible for functional specification, certification/quality testing, and UAT (ITQM) test monitoring. Proposing improvements to management platforms and tools to optimize and innovate them. Formalizing and documenting the technical analyses performed, implemented technical solutions, executed technical tests, and decision-making meetings attended. Completing mandatory training in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of your department and the company. Communicating and validating your activities and decisions with your manager, thereby ensuring alignment with departmental guidance regarding conduct and roadmap. Are you who we’re looking for? Do you consider yourself a Software Engineer with strong experience developing backend solutions using Java (Java 17 or later)? Do you have a solid foundation in building service platforms using modern architectures such as EAI, SOA, and Microservices? Do you have hands-on experience with the Spring ecosystem—including Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Batch—as well as Spring Cloud components (Spring Cloud Stream, Gateway, and Data Flow)? Are you comfortable developing solutions in distributed architectures—including microservices, hexagonal/clean architectures, and event-driven models? Do you have experience in Cloud Native Development—particularly with Kubernetes, Helm, and secret management tools like HashiCorp Vault? Do you interact with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or ExaCC, and do you have experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and messaging systems? Have you participated in implementing CI/CD pipelines—preferably using tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus (Sonatype), IQ Server, and Fortify? Do you value software quality best practices—including unit testing with frameworks like Mockito or Spock, and integration testing with Testcontainers?
