You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining data processing and analytics solutions, contributing to the construction of robust and scalable data pipelines. We seek someone with interest in the field of Data Science, the ability to work autonomously, and a team-oriented mindset to join a dynamic and collaborative team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Develop end-to-end features on an AWS cloud platform focused on data processing and analytics. * Participate in defining solution architecture, data flows, and processes. * Develop proof-of-concepts and evolve them into production environments. * Test, implement, and monitor solutions across development, quality assurance, and production environments. * Perform debugging, corrective maintenance, and evolutionary maintenance of applications. * Document developed features, processes, and components. * Support data extraction activities and exploratory analyses. * Analyze and structure raw data to support decision-making. * Build and optimize data processing pipelines and systems. * Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive models. * Develop algorithms and prototypes for data exploration and processing. **Your key competencies** * Experience with Python for data manipulation, processing, and analysis. * Solid experience with SQL. * Programming, troubleshooting, and debugging knowledge. * Interest and curiosity in the field of Data Science. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with diverse stakeholders. * Autonomy in problem-solving and solution-seeking. * Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. **Your key qualifications** * Experience in AWS cloud environments (S3, Lambda, Athena, EC2, Glue, CDK/CloudFormation, Step Functions, Batch, Fargate or similar) will be valued. * Knowledge of Spark and/or PySpark would be an advantage. * Experience with Git. * Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook. * Experience in developing applications and/or supporting production environments. * Fluent English (mandatory). * Knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish (advantageous). **What we offer:** **Stable professional career** Working on Axians projects makes you a valuable asset to whom we aim to provide stability through a secure career path. **Career advancement prospects** You will have access to training programs and new certifications to further enhance your skills.
