Versatile service capability is required, along with schedule availability and flexibility. Waiter/Bar Assistant/Kitchen Assistant must comply with hygiene and safety regulations: · Greet and serve customers at table service, being able to advise on menu options; · Perform café service specific to the bar section; · Perform kitchen assistant duties including meal preparation, salads, toast, and other simple menu items, as well as maintaining and cleaning the kitchen (washing dishes and utensils); · Assist with general cleaning tasks. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:** We seek candidates with appropriate training for this role, with or without prior experience, but above all who are organized, attentive to hygiene, safety, and workplace integrity, and who foster positive interpersonal relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to create a healthy work environment. Knowledge in: · Portuguese language · Foreign languages: elementary conversational English and French will be considered an advantage. **Working Hours:** Predominantly daytime, with weekend availability required; Days off to be arranged by mutual agreement.
