Role As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the unit, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability in alignment with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities People Management Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing teams Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment Ensure compliance with legal, hygiene, and safety regulations Evaluate performance and implement development plans Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSL) Maintain high product quality standards and service excellence Ensure restaurant cleanliness, organization, and food safety Oversee implementation of new procedures and products Sales and Customer Achieve and exceed defined sales targets Monitor customer satisfaction and implement continuous improvements Optimize scheduling and operations to maximize results Profitability Control operational costs (labor, goods, general expenses) Ensure maintenance of facilities and equipment Guarantee operational process efficiency Administrative Management Manage the restaurant’s financial and administrative processes Ensure proper document flow and adherence to internal procedures Ensure compliance with security and audit standards Desired Profile Bachelor's degree Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results orientation and customer focus Proactivity, resilience, and adaptability High organizational and problem-solving abilities We Offer Integration into a solid, market-leading company Real career progression opportunities An attractive remuneration package Salary: €1,750.00 – €2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
