We are looking for a **Senior DevOps Engineer** to join our team in **Lisbon**, working in a hybrid mode, with a focus on designing, developing, and evolving Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The professional will be responsible for developing AI agents, defining LLM-based architectures, promoting the adoption of Generative AI, and supporting the organization’s technological evolution. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and evolve AI agents to support various SDLC phases (analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, and operations); * Define agent architectures based on LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks; * Develop integrations with APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools; * Define metrics for adoption, productivity, and return on investment of implemented solutions; * Promote best practices for Generative AI usage among technical teams; * Produce technical documentation, guides, and training sessions; * Monitor technological advancements in Generative AI platforms and frameworks. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with Large Language Models (LLMs); * Experience in Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine\-tuning, and model evaluation; * Experience optimizing token consumption and controlling costs in GenAI solutions; * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); * Experience developing autonomous and multi-agent systems; * Experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks; * Knowledge of API, cloud platform, and DevOps tool integrations; * Experience in large-scale enterprise environments; * Knowledge of Cloud, DevSecOps, and CI/CD; * Knowledge of AI Governance, security, and compliance; * Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are a plus; * Experience in digital adoption and transformation programs. **Work arrangement:** * Hybrid (2 days per week in the office). **We offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
