Work with a diverse team and adapt to different ways of working **SEASON 2026** We're seeking a passionate receptionist whose attitude not only aims to please guests but extends to anticipating and satisfying their unspoken needs. The role at the reception goes beyond the conventional check\-in/check\-out tasks; it encompasses a diverse range of duties and responsibilities at the core of our house, dedicated to deliver our guests a seamless and most extraordinary experience. Must be fluent in at least 2 out of these 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English, and have a basic knowledge of the 3rd, to understand and speak Spanish would be a plus. Our ideal candidate must possess: • The ability to maximize all opportunities to increase our guest satisfaction in all outlets. • Strong communication skills and confidence with the hotel's general procedures of a front desk • Excellent organizational skills as well as good computer skills in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of Front office software is recommended. • Priority awareness and the ability to work with many competing deadlines. • Strong ability to work with a diverse team and adaptability to different ways of working. • A work experience of at least 6 months in a hospitality position, preferably in a 5\-star hotel.
