Job Summary: FLEXSIS is recruiting a Production Assistant (M/F) to lead teams, ensure production planning, optimize processes, and guarantee compliance with integrated management system standards. Ensuring compliance with Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety standards FLEXSIS, a prestigious brand of the INTERIMAN GROUP, is recruiting a Production Assistant (M/F) for the Industrial sector in the Estarreja area on behalf of its end client. **Responsibilities** \- Lead, motivate, and train the team under your supervision; \- Ensure adherence to the production plan for the process under your responsibility; \- Participate in the implementation and analysis of production performance indicators; \- Identify and monitor equipment maintenance requirements; \- Develop and oversee IT applications aimed at process optimization — SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System); \- Ensure compliance with the implemented Integrated Management System standards (Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety). **Requirements** \- Completed secondary education (12th grade) or Technical Training in Industrial Management or similar fields; \- Experience in an industrial environment; \- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 22000, 14001, 45001, and IFS standards (preferred); \- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization tools (preferred); \- Good command of English (B1 or B2 level); \- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; \- Organizational ability, resilience, and proactivity. **Offer** \- Direct employment contract with the company (fixed-term); \- Base salary: €1,050; \- Meal allowance: provided in the cafeteria; \- Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in twelve equal installments; \- Working hours: fixed shifts (22:30–07:30 and 00:45–09:45 Night Shift; 07:30–16:30 and 09:45–18:45 Day Shift), Monday to Saturday.
