Job Summary: We are looking for a kitchen professional with experience in plant-based cuisine or willingness to learn, possessing resilience, energy, dynamism, organization, and versatility. We seek a person for the kitchen (Kitchen Assistant or Cook, depending on experience and profile) with experience in plant-based cuisine or who is willing to learn how to work exclusively with plant-derived foods. Must demonstrate resilience and excellent work capacity, energy and dynamism, organization, and versatility. Prior kitchen experience in food service/catering is essential; experience and knowledge of this type of cuisine is preferred (but not an exclusion criterion).
