Teamwork and willingness to learn Responsibilities: * Assist in the production of cakes, desserts, pastries, and other products. * Preparation and weighing of ingredients. * Organization and cleaning of the work area. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). * Collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure product quality. Requirements: * Experience in pastry (preferred but not mandatory). * Willingness to learn and advance professionally. * Sense of responsibility, organization, and punctuality. * Ability to work in a team. * Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work.
