With a strong focus on digitalization and customer experience, Smashville intends to revolutionize the hamburger market with a modern and innovative concept. **About the Role** We are looking for a Multifunctional Employee for one of our locations. Key responsibilities include: **Kitchen \& Production** * Preparation and mise en place of ingredients (cutting, portioning, sauces) * Assembly and preparation of smash burgers according to Smashville quality standards * Inventory management and ingredient stock control during the shift * Compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations **Customer Service \& Operations** * Support at the counter and order delivery * Management of in-person orders and third-party delivery platform orders * Ensuring fast and efficient service times **Cleaning \& Maintenance** * Cleaning and organizing the store and kitchen before, during, and after the shift * Adherence to hygiene and safety procedures **Other Tasks** * Execution of tasks assigned by the store supervisor (Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader) **What We’re Looking For** * Experience in bars, cafés, restaurants, or fast-food establishments (preferred) * Experience operating quick-service kitchen equipment such as griddles and fryers (preferred) * Goal-oriented mindset and positive attitude * Organized and methodical work approach * Ability to handle stress * Team spirit and collaborative mindset * Flexible working hours * Proactivity, dynamism, and enthusiasm * Humility and dedication **What We Offer** * Employment contract * Competitive remuneration * Meal card/ticket * Coverflex – various additional benefits * Be part of an innovative project from day one
