We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and customer-oriented professional capable of representing the highest standards of hospitality and service. Key Responsibilities: * Perform check-in and check-out procedures. * Provide information regarding hotel services, tourist attractions, and points of interest in the region. * Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations. * Answer telephone calls and respond to information requests. * Ensure accurate administrative management of the front desk. * Efficiently and professionally resolve guest situations and requests. * Maintain high standards of quality in customer service. Required Profile: * Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (preferred). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English. * Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Basic user-level computer literacy.
