Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other landscape features through cleaning, replacement, or repair. Plant new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs. Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes through watering, weeding, pruning, and other maintenance tasks. Replace and transplant trees, flowers, and shrubs. Maintain trees and shrubs through pruning. Edge lawns in areas inaccessible to lawn mowers. Mow and edge lawns, rake leaves, and perform other lawn maintenance tasks. Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Remove and bag trash from all exterior trash receptacles. Operate dump trucks, tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment, supplies, materials, and waste. Wash, clean, and refuel all equipment after use. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all fellow coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
