Document organization and transportation of workers to construction sites Job Responsibilities: Under this employment proposal offering a monthly salary of 1 250 €, the main responsibilities will be as follows: Main Responsibilities: - Cleaning our office premises and various construction sites REAL ESTATE PART: - Conducting property visits when required (real estate part) - Assisting with administrative tasks such as sending emails, preparing quotations, etc. - Organizing and coordinating property visits with real estate agencies - Arranging and managing water, electricity, and internet contracts for clients by liaising with respective service providers CONSTRUCTION PART: - Collecting materials and goods for various construction sites and delivering them accordingly - Organizing company documents by construction site or project - Properly classifying and archiving documents in folders and at the office - Transporting workers from one construction site to another when necessary GARDENING PART: - Planting vegetation and participating in gardening work when required - Garden cleaning - Possibility of working alongside Pauline to receive explanations and guidance regarding plants, if necessary Working Hours: Working hours may vary according to operational needs. The most common schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. However, Saturday work may be requested when necessary, with the possibility of additional compensation or an alternative weekday day off. For property visits, working hours may also need to be adjusted according to client availability. Job Objective: The objective of this position is to support the company in its daily operational, administrative, and logistical tasks. Salary Progression: The salary may increase over time based on productivity, performance, and growth in responsibilities.
