Casa de Sada is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and customer\-focused Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team. As part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure while creating memorable experiences that reflect our commitment to genuine hospitality. The Role You will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an outstanding level of service throughout their stay. You will: * Welcome guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. * Perform check\-in and check\-out procedures accurately and efficiently. * Handle reservations, room allocations and guest enquiries. * Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. * Provide information about the hotel, its facilities and local attractions. * Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care. * Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience. * Ensure compliance with Hilton Brand Standards and Front Office procedures. * Maintain accurate guest records within the Property Management System. * Support the Front Office team in achieving departmental objectives and guest satisfaction targets. About You * Previous experience in a Front Office or customer\-facing role, preferably within a hotel environment. * Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and a positive attitude. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Experience with Opera Cloud or a similar Property Management System is an advantage. * Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are highly valued. * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
