Home (Neya Porto) \- NEYA Porto Hotel (neyahotels.com) **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for cross-functional management of hotel staff and operational departments; * Ensures adherence to corporate values and brand standards; * Ensures uniformity of policies and procedures across all operational levels; * In collaboration with General Management, plans and implements all activities, and daily assigns and monitors responsibilities to achieve the company-defined most efficient operational model; * Contributes to implementing the company’s Sustainability Policy; * Focuses on monitoring and enhancing customer satisfaction levels; * Promotes an organizational culture oriented toward results, service excellence, and continuous improvement; * Ensures team alignment with unit and group strategic objectives; * Guarantees implementation of innovation and digitalization practices in operational processes; * Acts as the primary brand ambassador to customers, partners, and local stakeholders; **Key Responsibilities:** Reporting to General Management, main responsibilities include: * Defining cross-functional and unit-specific strategies; * Planning and organizing all operation-related areas (reception, F\&B, housekeeping, etc.); * Monitoring shifts in customer profiles and competitive landscape, recommending and implementing appropriate actions and operational changes when necessary; * Coordinating, planning, and directing services of the hotel unit; * Promoting strategies aimed at improving and increasing customer satisfaction levels; * Ensuring team training and annual training plans; * Responsible for compliance with established procedures and policies; * Budgetary management, cost control, and achievement of defined objectives; · Conduct daily facility inspections regularly and strictly enforce company standards and policies; * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction indices; * Develop local strategic partnerships (tourism, businesses, events) to boost unit revenue and visibility; * Ensure compliance with legal requirements, hygiene and safety regulations, and sector-specific legislation; * Lead recruitment processes, performance evaluations, and internal talent development; * Manage critical situations and ensure effective resolution of customer complaints; * Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams in defining positioning and sales strategies; * Implement sustainable and socially responsible practices aligned with the group’s ESG strategy; ### **Benefits** * Integration into a solid and rapidly expanding hotel group; * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and proven experience; * Access to internal company benefits; * Personal and professional development. * Career progression opportunities within the group; * Participation in strategic and innovation projects within the industry; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Continuous training and access to leadership development programs; NEYA HOTELS is committed to Sustainability and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
