Casa de Sada is looking for a knowledgeable, passionate and guest\-focused Concierge to create memorable and personalised experiences for our guests. As part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, you will act as a trusted ambassador for both the hotel and the Algarve, providing exceptional service and local expertise while ensuring every stay is truly unforgettable. The Role You will be responsible for delivering personalised service and assisting guests with every aspect of their stay. You will: * Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality. * Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, excursions and bespoke experiences. * Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment and cultural activities. * Coordinate special requests, celebrations and VIP amenities. * Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently. * Develop and maintain relationships with trusted local partners and suppliers. * Handle guest enquiries promptly and professionally. * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of local events, attractions and services. * Ensure compliance with Hilton Brand Standards. * Support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. About You * Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations or Front Office professional, preferably within a luxury hotel environment. * Passion for hospitality and personalised guest service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent knowledge of the Algarve and its tourism offering is highly desirable. * A proactive, resourceful and solution\-oriented approach. * Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are highly valued. * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
