We are currently recruiting Cleaning Supervisors for several clients in central Lisbon. Requirements: - Ensure liaison/communication between the company and customers; Ensure quality control of the service with customers; Plan, execute and coordinate industrial cleaning activities; Lead industrial cleaning teams; Monitor work execution whenever necessary; Comply with and enforce procedures defined by the Company’s Management regarding attendance management and legal requirements; Ensure compliance with legal standards on hygiene, safety and occupational health; Distribute and collect products, equipment and information required for the normal operation of services; Support customer and service acquisition; Report all non-conformities or lack of adequate resources for effective performance at client sites to senior management.
