Job Summary: We are seeking a leader to manage and coordinate industrial polishing teams, ensuring quality, productivity, and on-time delivery, with emphasis on continuous improvement and technical development. Coordination of metal preparation, polishing, and finishing operations. **Responsibilities** * Achieve company objectives related to Quality, productivity, delivery deadlines, and HSE; * Manage the organization and supervision of workshop production line activities in accordance with the production plan and defined priorities; * Coordinate, supervise, and motivate the team according to versatility and competencies; * Ensure compliance with polishing specifications, procedures, and finishing requirements, including control and recording; **Main Activities** * Manage, motivate, and supervise the polishing team operationally; * Organize the team and coordinate manual and mechanized metal preparation, polishing, and finishing operations, ensuring availability of equipment and materials required for workshop operations; * Coordinate with the Production Planner to define priorities and monitor workshop production flow; * Align with Quality, Industrial Performance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources teams to ensure adherence to lead times and operational requirements; * Validate correct execution of various polishing and finishing stages for parts; * Verify conformity of produced parts and ensure performance of control operations; * Ensure proper registration in M3 and Prodsmart of operation types, including defects, rejections, and rework; * Identify and anticipate operational needs that may impact productivity, production capacity, or delivery deadlines; * Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and personal protective equipment; * Promote workshop organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; * Monitor and report workshop production and quality indicators; * Contribute to training, technical development, and integration of new employees. **Profile** * Experience in industrial polishing, metal finishing, or similar roles; * Prior experience in coordinating or managing operational teams; * Knowledge of metal polishing, abrasion, and finishing techniques; * Familiarity with materials such as brass and stainless steel; * Knowledge of tools, machines, and control methods used in polishing; * Understanding of safety rules associated with equipment and working conditions; * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks; * Strong orientation toward quality, rigor, attention to detail, and continuous improvement; * Leadership ability and capacity to supervise operational teams; * Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; * Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
