Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive manager with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership ability, and enthusiasm for customer interaction to coordinate unit operations and manage the team. We are strengthening our Blend Coffee Shop team at IPO Lisboa. We seek a proactive manager with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership ability, and enthusiasm for customer interaction. **What You Will Do:** * Daily supervision and coordination of unit operations; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards; * Adhere to internal regulations and implemented HACCP procedures; * Inventory and order management; * Control of *food cost*; * Prepare and monitor inventories; * Contribute to waste control and operational profitability; * Schedule and team management; * Participate in onboarding new employees; * Provide friendly, empathetic, and courteous customer service, capable of addressing any questions regarding products sold; * Deliver excellent service; * Handle customer complaints; * Supervise and verify unit cleaning tasks; * Promptly report identified issues to the hierarchy, accompanied by proposed solutions. **What We Are Looking For:** * Experience in food service management, cafeteria, bakery, or customer-facing roles (mandatory) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Sense of responsibility and organizational ability * Team spirit and positive attitude * Ability to work in a dynamic environment **What We Offer:** * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, days off on Saturday and Sunday * Salary commensurate with the role * Initial training and mentoring * Opportunity for career progression and growth within the company If you seek stability, growth opportunities, and a new professional challenge, we want to meet\-you!
