We are currently recruiting a **Housekeeping Assistant** (m/f) for our **São Rafael Suites** hotel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean and sanitize staircases, corridors, entrance lobby, reception, restaurant, bar, staff restrooms, guest bathrooms, and balconies; * Clean and sanitize guest rooms and balconies, including rooms for check-in, check-out, or occupied rooms; * Clean and sanitize guest, resident, and staff linens and accessories; * Restock missing supplies in guest-accessible bathrooms (hand soap, toilet paper, and napkins), as well as missing items in guest rooms—such as toilet paper, towels, shampoo, and hand soap; * Use cleaning and sanitation chemicals strictly in accordance with their technical usage instructions for linens, spaces, and rooms; * Transport linens and accessories between guest rooms and the laundry facility—and vice\-versa. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: 9th grade; * Passion for customer service; * Flexibility; * Dynamism; * Friendliness and courtesy; * Team spirit; * Prior experience in the field (Preferred requirement); **We Offer:** * A positive work environment and integration into a young and dynamic team; * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience for the role; * Health insurance; * Vacation bonus based on attendance; * Benefits across Highgate hotels; * Professional development and career progression.
