Focus on continuous improvement and proactivity **ELECTROFER COATINGS, a company of the Vigent Group**, is a manufacturing unit specialized in metal surface treatment for the automotive industry. **Main Responsibilities:** * Chemical process management and optimization; * Linking laboratory results to final product quality; * Implementation of continuous process improvements; * Quality control; * Execution of the QMS control plan; * Coordination of tests (corrosion, metallography, thermal shock); * Product validation; * Prototype development and testing; * Preparation of technical reports; * Conducting laboratory process control analyses (when required). **Profile:** · Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; · 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (knowledge of chemical processes, laboratory analyses, corrosion testing, metallography, and interpretation of technical specifications); · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; · Fluency in English; · Strong analytical ability and critical thinking; · Technical organization and rigor; · Good communication skills (with laboratories and suppliers); · Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement; · Autonomy and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Experience in the automotive industry; · Knowledge of surface treatments; · Fluency in Spanish.
