Opportunity for professional development JOB OPENING — WAITER/WAITRESS We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our team, with a professional profile, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Main Responsibilities * Greet, welcome, and escort customers to their tables; * Present the menu and clarify questions regarding dishes and beverages; * Record and confirm customer orders; * Recommend dishes, beverages, and desserts; * Serve food and beverages professionally and attentively; * Confirm customer satisfaction during the meal; * Verify orders before serving; * Communicate special requests, modifications, or dietary restrictions to the kitchen; * Set up, organize, and reset tables; * Maintain the dining area clean, organized, and properly prepared; * Restock necessary materials and utensils; * Handle and resolve minor complaints courteously and professionally; * Comply with hygiene and safety standards; * Collaborate with the entire team to ensure efficient service; * At the end of the shift, leave the dining area fully organized and ready for the next shift. Mandatory Requirements * Proficiency in Portuguese — mandatory; * Proficiency in English; * Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred; * Professional appearance and demeanor; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers; * Friendliness, responsibility, and team spirit; * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment; * Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
