




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sushi Chef to prepare sushi and other dishes, adhering to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards, including inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to work in a dynamic environment Sushitake, a leading company in sushi and Asian cuisine preparation, is looking for Sushi Chefs to work at its retail locations in Marinha Grande, Taveiro, Amares, and Guarda, Portugal. Main responsibilities include preparing sushi and other menu items according to our brand's quality and presentation standards, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety, as well as supervising ingredient quality and managing inventory, placing orders when necessary. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in Japanese cuisine. Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, fish cutting methods, and safe handling of raw foods. Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and passion for dish presentation and quality. Communication skills and ability to work in a team. Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential for communication with headquarters. We offer an initial temporary contract and a competitive salary.
