Leadership and coordination of teams ### **Job Description and Responsibilities** Description: The Electrical Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all electrical activities on site, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with designs, technical specifications, internal procedures, and client requirements. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise electrical teams and their respective subcontractors on a daily basis; Plan and allocate tasks in coordination with the Construction Lead and Construction Manager; Ensure proper execution of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical installations, including DC and AC networks, earthing systems, power cables, communications, and auxiliary equipment; Supervise the installation of inverters, junction boxes, PCS, transformers, electrical panels, RMUs, BESS systems, and other electrical equipment; Verify compliance of executed work with designs, electrical schematics, technical specifications, and applicable standards; Monitor and control team productivity, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions; Coordinate technical inspections, intermediate tests, and pre-commissioning activities; Ensure all electrical installations are delivered ready for commissioning activities; Identify and resolve technical issues during execution; Prepare daily and weekly progress reports; Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards; Provide technical support to Team Leaders and Certified Technicians, promoting their professional development ### **Candidate Profile** Technical Competencies: Technical education in Electrotechnics, Industrial Electricity, or equivalent field; Proven experience in supervising electrical installations; Knowledge of LV and MV installations; Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings; Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, BESS, and substations (preferred); Leadership and team coordination capabilities; Strong focus on quality, productivity, and deadline adherence; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; Category B driving license. Additional Competencies: Knowledge of SCADA systems, communications, and monitoring; Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6; Training in Live Working, Working at Height, and Electrical Safety; English language proficiency (mandatory); French or Spanish language proficiency (an advantage).
