




We are looking for a **Cook** to join the kitchen team, responsible for preparing menu dishes while ensuring quality, organization, and compliance with the restaurant’s food hygiene and safety standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation and cooking of daily and menu dishes * Correct execution of daily mise en place * Organization and cleaning of the kitchen and work areas * Compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good practice standards * Support in organizing and performing basic stock control * Waste reduction and appropriate use of ingredients * Teamwork, following instructions from the head chef/kitchen supervisor * Completion of mandatory sector documentation (cleaning logs, temperature records, traceability, etc.) Please submit your CV if you have proven experience.
