We are currently seeking a Carpentry Supervisor to help us design innovative projects, lead a dedicated team, and guarantee quality in every detail. If you are ready for the challenge, join us and make a difference! **Responsibilities:** * Manufacture and assemble furniture pieces and structures tailored to company and client needs in event contexts (stages, stairs, rigging nets, furniture, etc.); * Adjust, repair, and modify sets for performances; * Supervise the carpentry team and their respective work plans; * Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables; * Interpret carpentry blueprints and technical drawings; * Ensure formwork removal for subsequent material reuse; * Guarantee adherence to execution and delivery deadlines. **Requirements:** * Educational Qualifications: 12th grade (preferred); * Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in similar roles as Carpentry Supervisor; * Professional experience in preparation and operation of CNC machines (preferred); * Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and installation and construction methods; * Proficiency in using electric and manual equipment and measuring tools (electric saws, hammers, rulers, etc.); * Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Attention to detail, precision, and manual dexterity; * Strong organizational ability, responsibility, and assertiveness. **Conditions:** * Competitive salary package, commensurate with role and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a leading events industry company with a dynamic team; * Opportunity to participate in large-scale projects and events; **Benefits:** * ️ Location: Sintra Free parking ️ Meal allowance * ️ Health insurance Yoga * Futsal Fruit Events Professional development Employee Support Program (Legal, Psychological, Nutrition, Social, Financial) RH/2025/001
