Job Summary: Performs repairs and maintenance on facilities and structures, supports renovations, and identifies intervention requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Practical, autonomous, and responsible profile FUNCTION: Carry out repairs and maintenance work on building facilities and structures. Perform minor civil construction works, painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and assembly tasks. Support renovations, modifications, and improvements to company premises. Identify faults and intervention requirements, reporting them to the Infrastructure Manager. Assist in the installation, assembly, and relocation of equipment, furniture, and structures. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in building maintenance, construction works, civil construction, or similar roles. Practical knowledge of general maintenance and repair. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, or carpentry will be considered an advantage. Practical, autonomous, and responsible profile. Problem-solving ability and organizational skills.
