This **Tooling Engineer** (m/f/d) opportunity will be integrated into the Aeronautics team. **Job Description** * Develop, specify, and validate fixtures, jigs, and equipment used in the production and assembly of various segments, including wings, empennages, fuselages, doors, etc. * Collaborate with Project, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure tooling meets all technical, ergonomic, and safety requirements. * Prepare and update technical documentation: plans, drawings, technical instructions, and validation reports. * Participate in the industrialization process of new products, ensuring correct tooling definition from early design phases. * Support tooling manufacturing, installation, and try-out, ensuring functionality and robustness. * Implement continuous improvements to existing tooling, contributing to cost reduction, productivity gains, and process optimization. * Support analysis of tooling-related non-conformities, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Work with external suppliers for tooling development and manufacturing, ensuring technical compliance and adherence to deadlines. * Define tooling requirements. * Contribute to creating and managing the industrialization plan in collaboration with program management. * Create documentation, process records, and change logs in accordance with quality policy and implemented configuration management system. * Conduct technical evaluations and tooling audits across different suppliers. * Develop tooling control plans and ensure their implementation. * Contribute to continuous improvement of tooling management processes. **Qualifications** * Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Management / Mechatronics / Aeronautics or equivalent, or at least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles. * Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with an Aeronautical OEM or Tier-1 supplier, with experience in tooling-related functions. * Experience in Process Risk Analysis (preferred). * Solid knowledge of technical drawing, GD&T, and CAD tools (mandatory). * Advanced level of English language proficiency (mandatory). * Good knowledge of SAP / ERP systems (preferred). * Proficiency in the following software: Catia, Enovia VPM, Delmia (preferred). * Analytical thinking, autonomy, teamwork ability, assertive communication, and resilience. **Additional Information** * Dynamic, multidisciplinary team with a positive and relaxed atmosphere; * We facilitate and promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle, harmonizing work with personal life; * We provide Health Insurance for employees; * Partnerships with gyms, nutritionists, and other benefits. * Up to three additional vacation days; * Time off on your birthday.
