Work-life balance Join Axians, where innovation grows on trust and autonomy, and every challenge is an opportunity to build impactful technology. **PRODUCT OWNER** **What We’re Looking For** We seek a professional responsible for ensuring alignment between business needs and technology teams, guaranteeing the definition, prioritization, and oversight of product and solution development in the data and analytics domain. We seek someone with strong communication skills, functional vision, and experience managing backlogs in Agile contexts, contributing to value creation and continuous process improvement. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from multiple stakeholders. * Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. * Define priorities and manage the product backlog according to business objectives. * Perform functional backlog refinement and support Agile ceremonies. * Monitor the functional evolution of solutions through to acceptance testing. * Validate deliverables and ensure alignment with defined requirements. * Organize and maintain up-to-date functional documentation. * Monitor and track impact and value indicators generated by deliverables, such as ROI, NPS, or satisfaction scores. **Your Key Competencies** * Strong communication and coordination skills between business areas and IT teams. * Experience in data, analytics, data warehouse, and Power BI environments. * Knowledge of data modeling, including tables and relationships. * Databricks knowledge is a plus. * Autonomy, organizational ability, and priority management skills in complex environments. * Experience in functional product management and supporting Agile teams. **Your Key Qualifications** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager or Product Owner. * Advanced Product Owner certification (PSPO II or A-CSPO). * Fluent English (mandatory); * Portuguese and Spanish language skills (valued). **What We Offer:** **Stable professional career** Working on Axians projects positions you as a valuable asset to whom we aim to offer stability through a secure career path. **Career advancement prospects** You will have access to training programs and new certifications to further enhance your skills.
