This broad product offering makes it a one\-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe. **Position** We are looking for a **Junior Treasury Analyst** to join our Group Treasury team and support day\-to\-day cash and payment operations across multiple international entities. This is a hands\-on, operational role with a strong focus on payment execution, cash monitoring, and banking activities. You will play a key role in ensuring liquidity availability, processing high volumes of payments, and handling urgent business requests in a dynamic environment. This position is also critical in ensuring business continuity, internal controls, and proper segregation of duties within the Treasury function. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and manage daily cash balances and bank accounts across multiple entities. * Execute and control high\-volume payments, including suppliers, payroll, taxes, and intercompany transfers. * Handle urgent and ad hoc payment requests, ensuring timely execution before cut\-offs. * Upload and process payments across multiple banking platforms. * Investigate and resolve payment rejections and exceptions. * Provide proof of payment to internal stakeholders and vendors. * Prepare and manage payment batches and manual payments. * Perform cash position checks before executing payments and support short\-term liquidity planning. * Assist in cash flow forecasting linked to payment cycles. * Support treasury reporting and provide data for internal stakeholders. * Assist in the management of loans, credit lines, and intercompany funding flows. * Track and support exposure to FX and interest rate risks. * Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and segregation of duties. * Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives. * Collaborate with Finance, Accounting (AP/GL), and external banking partners. **Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. * 1\-3 years of hands\-on experience in payment processing, cash operations, and banking activities (mandatory). * Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory). * Experience working with bank portals/e\-banking platforms (highly preferred). * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) or Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a plus. * Experience in an international or shared services environment. * Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Solid understanding of financial concepts (cash flow, liquidity, interest rates, FX). * Strong attention to detail and accuracy (critical for payments). * Hands\-on, proactive mindset with readiness to manage operational workload. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with high volumes and time\-sensitive tasks. * Analytical thinking with the ability to assess cash impact before execution. * Good communication skills and ability to work cross\-functionally. * Well\-organised with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines. * Positive, solution\-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. **Right to Work** At any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for.
