Summary: The Junior Strategic Project Manager supports strategic project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, collaborating across departments and with external stakeholders to align with strategic objectives and resolve critical challenges. Opportunities for professional development and career progression The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C\-Level executives and will be responsible for supporting the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. The role will require close collaboration with different departments across the organization and may also involve interaction with external consultants and stakeholders. ROLE: Collaborate closely with department heads and the C\-suite to ensure organizational activities remain aligned with strategic objectives; Develop data\-driven insights to support strategic decision\-making; Identify and resolve critical challenges affecting the company across different departments; Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and available resources. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically and address complex business challenges; Leadership skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work autonomously; Ability to perform effectively in a fast\-paced environment while managing several projects at the same time.
