This opportunity is part of an international project, requiring strong functional analysis skills and the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical teams. **Requirements** * Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service or Commercial Order Management (technical experience preferred); * Experience writing User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements documentation; * Experience in analyzing, discussing, and designing requirements; * Experience analyzing change impacts, risks, and dependencies among features; * Experience in other Customer Care / Field Service or Commercial Order Management projects.
