This Functional Analyst (m/f/d) opportunity will be integrated into the Digital Solutions team, focused among other areas on developing the AYR platform—awarded by Google under the “Impact Challenge on Climate”—a pioneering, innovative project in urban mobility, sustainability, and decarbonization. **Job Description** We are seeking Functional Analysts to strengthen our Digital Solutions team and help us transform ideas into solutions with real impact. If you love technology, have an eye for detail, possess critical thinking skills, and are the person who connects the dots between business needs and technical feasibility, this could be your next opportunity. You will be a key member of our team, working side-by-side with Product Owners, Architects, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA. From requirements definition to final delivery, you will be involved in the entire digital solution development lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and validate user stories; * Define user journeys and support UI/UX team in producing mockups; * Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the solution meets business needs; * Produce and maintain clear, structured functional documentation; * Provide continuous support to development and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle; * Communicate with various stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and focused on the objective. **Qualifications:** * Academic degree in Technology, Computing, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business or Functional Analyst; * Solid experience defining requirements in technology environments; * Strong analytical, conceptual structuring, and communication skills; * Experience producing requirement documentation and functional specifications; * High degree of autonomy, organization, and attention to detail; * Experience with Jira and Confluence; * Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). **Additional Information:** * Relaxed work environment with dynamic, multidisciplinary teams. * We facilitate and promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle, integrating work with personal life. * Health insurance. * Partnerships with gyms, Nutrium, and others. * Up to three additional vacation days. * Birthday off.
