Continuous development and integration into an experienced team **Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** The **PPM Coachers**, with 17 years of market experience, specializes in training, consulting, and team augmentation, supporting organizations in defining operational models, continuous improvement, and agile transformation. **Why join PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in digital transformation contexts. * Close mentoring, continuous development, and integration into an experienced, excellence-oriented team. **PPM Coachers is currently recruiting for the role of Business Analyst!** **Your mission:** * Manage and organize the backlog, ensuring correct task prioritization; * Write clear, structured, and business-objective-aligned user stories; * Prepare, organize, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, retrospectives); * Ensure smooth facilitation of ceremonies, promoting team alignment and efficiency; * Support the team in defining and improving technical documentation; * Create and standardize documentation templates and processes; * Collaborate with development, DBA, and DevOps teams; * Ensure proper functioning and organization of the work board; * Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and methodologies; * Define, monitor, and analyze performance metrics and KPIs; * Ensure alignment between technical teams and project objectives. * **Requirements:** ----------------- * Professional experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments; * Proven experience preparing and facilitating Agile ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, refinement, dailies); * Experience managing backlogs and writing user stories; * Knowledge of Agile methodologies; * Ability to organize and improve processes; * Experience or close collaboration with development, DBA, and DevOps teams; * Ability to structure and guide technical documentation; * Experience defining and monitoring KPIs; * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Team-oriented mindset and ease of interaction with diverse stakeholders. **Work model:** Hybrid (2 days/week) **Location:** Lisbon
