In this role, you will be responsible for executing painting and decoration work across various surfaces within the resort, contributing to the preservation of our facilities’ aesthetic and functional integrity, in line with the high-quality standards defined by Vila Vita Parc. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute decorative painting and apply textures to walls and ceilings; * Apply varnish and polish wooden elements such as doors and windows; * Assess surface conditions and adequately prepare intervention areas; * Prepare mixtures (paints, varnishes, thinners, etc.) in appropriate proportions; * Measure surface areas, determine the optimal finish type, and create study mock-ups when required; * Collaborate in selecting the most suitable materials and colors for each application; * Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and tools used; * Strictly comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. **What We Value:** * Minimum education level equivalent to 9th grade or higher; * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or similar setting; * Solid knowledge of surface preparation, material mixing, and decorative techniques; * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy in task execution; * Ability to work effectively in a team and possess good interpersonal communication skills; * Proactivity, attention to detail, and immediate availability; * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). **What We Offer:** * Integration into a strong team within an internationally recognized luxury environment; * Continuous training and real opportunities for professional development; * Competitive salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Benefits associated with the Vila Vita Parc group.
