I primarily collaborate with small civil construction companies and private project owners—from project execution and official approval through to supervision, technical management, and safety coordination on site, in compliance with sector legislation. We also prepare Waste Management Plans, Safety and Health Plans during the design phase, project quantity surveys, and corresponding quantity take-off sheets. Construction Supervision entails comprehensive verification of construction conformity against all licensing and execution project specifications, ensuring fulfillment of responsibilities by project authors, contractors, site managers, and project owners. The responsibilities of the Construction Supervisor are defined in Article 16 of Law No. 31/2009 of 3 July, as amended by Law No. 40/2015 of 1 June. The Site Manager is responsible for overall administrative, technical, and economic management of the construction project, and is accountable for compliance with all contract clauses, tender documents, other project components, and current regulations and legal provisions. The Site Manager is also responsible for directing construction methods and ensuring both site safety and worker safety. The responsibilities of the Site Manager are defined in Article 14 of Law No. 31/2009 of 3 July, as amended by Law No. 40/2015 of 1 June
