This role will participate in multiple Portuguese payroll implementation projects and have the opportunity to work on implementations in various geographies. If you have between 2 and 6 years of experience in implementing SAP HCM Payroll and have general knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! **Qualifications** * Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll solutions according to client requirements * Ensure compliance with Portuguese legal requirements in SAP * Collaborate with the team to solve problems and optimize processes * Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues * Adapt to new technologies and methodologies as needed **Technical Requirements:** * Between 2 and 6 years of experience in implementing SAP HCM Payroll (Schema, Rules, Functions) * General knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll * Knowledge of Portuguese legal requirements in SAP * English (minimum B2 level) **Soft Skills:** * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work in a team * Effective problem\-solving skills * Critical thinking * Adaptability to different situations and challenges
