Close mentoring, continuous development, and an experienced team **Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** **PPM Coachers**, with 17 years of market experience, delivers training, consulting, and team augmentation services, helping organizations define operational models, drive continuous improvement, and achieve agile transformation. **Why PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and within digital evolution contexts. * Close mentoring, continuous development, and integration into an experienced, excellence-oriented team. **PPM Coachers is recruiting an AI Use Case \& Enablement Manager!** * Identify, prioritize, and evaluate Artificial Intelligence use cases in collaboration with business units, based on business value, feasibility, and risk. * Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for AI applications and agents. * Support the adoption and implementation of AI solutions, coordinating pilots, proofs of concept, and rollouts—including user onboarding and training. * Ensure AI use cases comply with internal governance policies, data protection, security, and regulatory requirements—collaborating with IT Security, Legal, and Compliance teams. * Provide practical consultancy and support in building customized or function-specific AI agents for individual users. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Over 4 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, AI enablement, or product management, with hands-on involvement in AI or automation initiatives. * Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, AI application lifecycle, and enterprise IT environments (preferably Microsoft 365 and Azure). * Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define and prioritize use cases. * Solid knowledge of data protection, security, and compliance as applied to AI solutions. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI, Azure, Product Management, or Change Management) are highly valued. * **Fluency in English** **Work Model:** Hybrid \- Lisbon / Porto
