Our Values: Lead and Inspire; Commit to Win; Focus on Excellence; Obsession with the Customer; "One Curaleaf". **Key Responsibilities** * Equipment Operation: We rely on you to operate, configure, and maintain our production machinery, always following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Production and Formulation: You will strictly follow batch records and recipes to produce cannabis products, ensuring accurate weighing and measurement of all ingredients. * Quality Control: You will actively perform in-process checks, collect samples for analysis, and identify any deviations from quality standards or GMP requirements. * Documentation: Accuracy is fundamental. You will maintain detailed records of all activities, including equipment logs, batch reports, and production data. * Sanitation: You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas to prevent cross-contamination and ensure total product purity. * Compliance: Strict adherence to GMP/GACP guidelines and safety protocols is required to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. **What We Look for in You** * Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is valued (experience in the cannabis or pharmaceutical industry would be a significant advantage). * Knowledge: Previous experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and/or GACP standards is a plus! * Skills: We need someone with strong attention to detail, basic math skills for measurements, and excellent teamwork abilities. * Adaptability: Comfort working in a dynamic environment and availability for flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by the production cycle. **What We Offer You** * Free parking. \- Private health insurance \- extended to immediate family (with co-payment of €25 per person). * 25 days of vacation (pro rata), plus time off on your birthday, Wellness Day, and December 24th. \- Quarterly bonus \- subject to company discretion. * Meal allowance per working day, paid via meal card. **Why Curaleaf?** We offer you more than a job; we offer you the opportunity to be part of a global movement.
