The opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded **Operations Director** to lead and evolve our operations across Portugal. This role will play a critical part in driving performance and ensuring the consistent delivery of high\-quality care, while strengthening operational excellence and supporting the continued growth of the organization.
