Foster a positive and proactive work environment Zumub is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Operations and Logistics team. This role’s primary responsibility is to coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of order receipt, preparation, and dispatch processes, as well as supervising the operational team. FUNCTION Coordinate and supervise the operational team’s daily activities; Ensure correct creation and tracking of shipping documents; Guarantee order receipt, verification, storage, and dispatch; Verify compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and established deadlines; Manage operational priorities and support day-to-day problem resolution; Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment; Propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency; Perform other duties necessary for the smooth functioning of operations. REQUIREMENTS Minimum: 12th grade education; User-level computer skills; Basic English proficiency; Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or similar roles (preferred); Proven experience in team coordination or management (mandatory); High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; Ability to work in demanding environments and manage multiple priorities; Strong work ethic and ability to execute tasks efficiently; Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities; Initiative, proactivity, and leadership competencies.
