Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment Zumub is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Operations and Logistics team. This role’s primary responsibility is to coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency in order receipt, preparation, and dispatch, as well as supporting the team in achieving operational objectives. FUNCTION Coordinate and supervise the operational team’s daily activities, ensuring achievement of defined objectives; Ensure correct issuance and management of transport documents; Guarantee efficient order receipt, verification, organization, and dispatch; Monitor compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and operational deadlines; Support priority management and resolution of operational incidents; Promote a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment; Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes; Perform other tasks necessary for smooth operational functioning. REQUIREMENTS Completion of secondary education (minimum); User-level computer skills; Basic English knowledge; Previous experience in operational, logistics, warehouse, or similar roles (preferred); Experience coordinating or leading teams (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Efficiency in task execution and high work capacity; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, initiative, and strong leadership ability.
