**Summer Intern – Finance Department**
The Summer Internship in the Finance Department aims to provide students with practical experience in the financial processes of a healthcare organization, with particular emphasis on coordination between local teams and shared services (IBOF).
The intern will have the opportunity to support the team in executing operational financial activities, including reconciliations, invoice processing, resolution of discrepancies, and financial data management—contributing to the reliability and efficiency of financial processes.
**Main Functions and Responsibilities**
* Ensure effective liaison between IBOF (Shared Services) and the local team, guaranteeing accurate information flow;
* Support supplier reconciliations, ensuring consistency of financial data;
* Collaborate in resolving issues related to invoice postings, in coordination with various departments;
* Support the management and updating of financial databases;
* Provide administrative and operational support to the finance department.
**Requirements**
* University student pursuing a degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of accounting;
* Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;
* Good command of English.
