A relaxed environment with continuous learning The Robotics Hardware Engineer will ensure the production and maintenance of support systems for testing and validating new applications developed for Beyond Vision drones. We seek a candidate with high autonomy, strong team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with development teams in defining and implementing validation systems and procedures in real-world environments. Active participation in testing phases and a proactive attitude toward improving procedures and systems are highly valued. ##### **Main Responsibilities** * Planning, building, and configuring prototype systems; * Organizing and planning tests; * Maintaining system operability; * Actively participating in defining test plans together with development teams; * Ensuring systems function according to test requirements; * Actively contributing to continuous process improvement; * Keeping the workplace clean and organized. ##### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in handling electronic systems; * Ability to develop and validate complete systems; * Strong organizational skills; * English (fluent); * Portuguese (fluent). ##### **Optional Requirements** * Knowledge of CAD design and 3D printing; * Experience with drones (including piloting); * Familiarity with Ardupilot/PX4/Betaflight; * Knowledge of network configurations. ##### **Benefits and Career Opportunities** * Monthly gross salary range: €1,700 to €2,200; * Meal allowance of €10.20 per day (paid via card); * Family health insurance (Fidelidade); * Integration into a multidisciplinary and innovative team; * Stable employment contract (permanent contract); * Opportunity for professional development and growth in a relaxed and continuously learning environment. ##### **We Value Diversity** We promote equal opportunities and diversity, encouraging all qualified individuals to apply.
