FUNCTION: Support the sales team in customer management and business opportunity follow-up; Contact potential B2B clients to present the company's services; Manage lead follow-up and keep information updated in the CRM; Prepare commercial proposals and support the sales process; Accompany customers throughout the entire commercial cycle, ensuring excellent service; Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and appropriate follow-up; Provide administrative support for commercial activities and operations. REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction; Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility; Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and advance professionally; Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively; Good user-level computer skills; Experience in administrative, commercial, or customer support roles will be valued; Fluency in Portuguese; knowledge of English and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
